When to renew your subscription

The subscription must be renewed on or before the expiration date of the current subscription. Subscribers have a one-month grace period after the expiration of their existing subscription.  Once this grace period finishes, new application form must be submitted and the application will be subject to all rules and conditions applied to first-time applicants, such as the waiting period.

• • The company must contact CCI at +962 6 554 4970 ext. 188 or 189 in order to renew their subscription.
  • CCI will send the company a list of its employees who are currently enrolled in CCI to validate before their subscription is renewed.
  • CCI will arrange the payment process with the company accordingly.
  • CCI will issue membership cards for all participating employees and administer them to the company.
